This Privacy Outline describes how RiverCam Tourist Cameras (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information provided by visitors, customers and website users. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We process personal information solely for booking administration, communication and operational safety. Data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes. Messages from the booking form are stored securely and deleted when no longer needed for service delivery or accounting compliance.

Booking records are held for up to twelve months after the end of a rental, unless required longer for accounting. Emails are regularly reviewed and deleted when no longer relevant.

All digital records are stored on encrypted systems with limited staff access. No payment details are processed through our website; payments are handled separately using secure terminals at the hire desk. Memory cards are formatted between hires and contain no personal data from previous users.
We do not transfer personal data outside the United Kingdom. Hosting servers are located in the UK or EEA regions compliant with UK GDPR adequacy decisions.
